I imagined two snakes from different ecosystems merging into one new snake. 
I wove the patterns of the Green Tree Python, which inhabits the treetops, and the San Francisco Garter Snake, which lives in wetlands, using strips of paper on animal cages. The speakers connected to both ends of the aqua noodles play a repetitive sound created by object performance, resembling the sound of a rattlesnake's tail shaking.
